In my more than 47 years as a physician, I have realized that for most Indians, anxiety isn’t a single event; it’s a habitual loop that the brain has learned over years of high-pressure living.
Today, as I am a little short of 70 years, I see how high-performing professionals try to “think” their way out of anxiety, only to find themselves deeper in the circle.
For the last 47 years, I have been teaching people how to break this loop without any medicines and their side-effects by tapping into their dormant Mind Power.

THE SCIENCE OF THE ANXIETY FEEDBACK LOOP
When you have an anxious thought, your Amygdala triggers a physical response—a racing heart or shallow breath. Your brain then senses this physical distress and thinks, Something must be wrong!
The scientific reality is that this creates a Positive Feedback Loop of fear. Your thoughts create sensations, and your sensations create more thoughts.
This constant “recycling of fear” burns out your Prefrontal Cortex, which is the part of the brain responsible for logic and calm. Medicines might dull the sensations, but they don’t break the neural circuit of the habit. Real freedom comes from using your Mind Power to “interrupt” the signal before it completes the circle.
