Severe anxiety can present a range of intense symptoms that significantly affect daily life. Common symptoms include constant and overwhelming worry, panic attacks, difficulty concentrating, and a persistent sense of dread or fear. Physical symptoms often accompany the mental strain, such as rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness, fatigue, muscle tension, and digestive issues. People with severe anxiety may also experience insomnia, irritability, and avoidance of situations or activities that trigger their anxiety, which can lead to social isolation or difficulty performing day-to-day tasks.

I am Dr. Sudhir Arora, a proud alumnus of Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University, where I earned my MBBS degree in 1979. For over a decade, I practiced full-spectrum family medicine, gaining extensive experience in treating patients holistically.

Driven by a deep passion for promoting lasting health and well-being, I combined the timeless wisdom of Ancient Indian traditions with the modern advancements of Western science and medicine. This integrative approach focuses on achieving emotional, physical, and spiritual mastery.
